The Event
Hizon`s catering is an off premise caterer
specializing in weddings, private parties and corporate events.
Established in 1987, we are now one of the top caterers in the
Philippines.
The company`s guiding philosophy is to consistently provide clients
with quality food at competitive prices and to provide a service that
is efficient, friendly and courteous. In our eighteen years in the
industry its has been our policy treat every client with utmost
integrity and the highest degree of professionalism. Hizon`s catering
today is considered a trusted name in the industry catering regularly
to celebrities and many of the countries top corporations.
BABY HIZON
Baby is a natural born cook. To simply put it, she
is a Kapangpangan with a passion for food. Founder and president of
Hizon`s Catering Incorporated, this lady adheres to the philosophy of
using only the finest ingredients and never cutting corners.
Baby has a Bachelor`s degree in Psychology and a Master`s degree in
Guidance and Counselling but it was her own mother and mother-in-law
that introduced her to the culinary world. This is why many of her
signature dishes are time tested traditional family secrets. Even with
decades of experience in Manila`s culinary scene, she still keeps
abreast with the latest trends by attending short courses in the
California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and by regularly
travelling abroad. She currently hosts a culinary segment in RPN 9`s
Buhay Pinoy, entitled The Cookbook. Catch her every Saturday at
4-5 pm.
CHEF DAVID HIZON
David is the artist behind a lot of Hizon`s Catering`s signature
dishes. Trendy and innovative, this chef is at the helm in putting
creativity into of our kitchen.
Chef David has a Bachelor`s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management
from the De La Salle University, Collage of St. Benilde, a degree in
Culinary Arts from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and
Diplome de Art Culiniare from the Le Cordon Bleu Schools of North
America. He also trained in premier restaurants in San Fransico and New
York City before joining us in 2005.
